Bonsai Pilot is provided as a tool for informational purposes and personal bonsai care tracking. By using the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Bonsai Pilot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
No Professional Advice
The care recommendations, schedules, and species information provided by Bonsai Pilot are informational only. They are based on general horticultural knowledge and are intended as a helpful reference, not as professional or expert horticultural advice.
Results vary depending on your local climate, soil conditions, tree age, health, and many other factors. Bonsai Pilot does not replace the guidance of an experienced bonsai practitioner or horticulturist. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.
User Data
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into the app, including tree details, species selections, and care event records. Bonsai Pilot stores this data to provide personalised recommendations and does not verify its accuracy.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. For more information on how your data is handled, please read our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and Payments
Bonsai Pilot offers a free tier and optional paid plans (Bonsai Pilot Pro). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that grant permanent access to Pro features.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Service Availability
Bonsai Pilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from errors. The app may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, improvements, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue features of the service at any time. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Bonsai Pilot are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this app, including but not limited to:
- Plant damage, illness, or loss resulting from following app recommendations
- Loss of data due to technical issues or account deletion
- Interruption or unavailability of the service
You use Bonsai Pilot at your own discretion and risk. The app is a supplementary aid: final decisions about your trees' care always rest with you.
