Delete Your Account
How to request deletion
To delete your Bonsai Pilot account and all associated data, send an email to contact@bonsaipilot.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All bonsai records, care history, and events you've logged
- All photos you've uploaded
- Any custom species you've created
This action cannot be undone. If you'd only like to stop using the app without deleting your data, you can simply sign out instead.
